"We saw Blue Thunder in the early 80s at one of the THX theaters in Westwood. Even then it was already a huge 70mm screen and the audio... the audio... the helicopter chase scenes... the choppers came from behind, panned forward above and "BELOW" the audience and they exploded on the screen. No HT is even gonna do that because not only was (is) the theater one of the best in the World, but it has tons of speakers and the source had tons of channels."
