IMAX Corporation and Warner Bros. Pictures today announced that Superman Returns will be simultaneously released to both IMAX® and conventional theatres on June 30, 2006. The epic action-adventure is directed by Bryan Singer ("X-Men" films, The Usual Suspects) and marks a soaring new chapter in the saga of one of the world's most beloved superheroes. The 35mm version of Superman Returns will be digitally re-mastered into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAX Experience® and Warner Bros. Pictures will be the exclusive distributor of the film to the growing worldwide IMAX theatre network.
"'Superman Returns' is going to be an epic adventure, and by also offering the film in IMAX's format, we're giving audiences a unique way to experience the return of the Man of Steel," said Dan Fellman, President of Domestic Distribution at Warner Bros. Perso je suis pas convaincu par les SFX des vols planés de Superman, mais bon, les effets ne sont surement pas finalisés blablabla.
La voix de Brando met bien dans le ton, quand je pense que je vais me taper la VF ça fout un peu les boules.
Sinon c'est court, tres court, un quart du teaser est occupé par les logos des producteurs.

"Selon le Sun, les producteurs du nouveau Superman auraient un sérieux problème : les attributs masculins de Brandon Routh - qui incarne le super-héros - seraient un peu voyants ! "Ils se demandent vraiment quoi faire, a confié une source au tabloïd anglais. Brandon a été très gâté par la nature, et ils aimeraient bien que ça ne se voit pas trop à l'écran." Pour éviter que le public ne soit perturbé par tout ça, les dirigeants de Warner Bros. auraient donc explicitement demandé à Bryan Singer, le réalisateur, d'utiliser quelques effets spéciaux supplémentaires.
