Le film est un nouvel échec grave au boxoffice américian.
Sorti sur 985 écrans, il n'amasse que 1,2 m de $ de recettes, soit encore 2.5 moins que Alone in the Dark.
Avec un budget initial de 25 m de $ et 22 de couts marketing, Bloodrayne va couler la boite de distribution du film
.
On se demande vraiment comment Boll peut encore prpduite au kilomètre ses machins (et trouver de sgens qui veulent bien les acheter!). Le syndrome Franchise Pictures?
Avec ça, la carrière de ben Kingsley est définitvement enterrée et celle de kristina Lokken aussi

Il apparait en tous cas que le film a été retiré de l'affiche lundi 9/01 au soir et ce dans tous les cinémas qui le projetaient
