According to The Hollywood Reporter, the LOVE AT FIRST BITE sequel that’s been talked about on and off ever since the 1979 release of the original may finally be a go. LOVE AT SECOND BITE will be produced by Tony Thomopoulos through his Morning Light Productions along with FIRST star George Hamilton, who is also talking about reprising his role as the comedic Count Dracula. David H. (AMERICAN PIE 2) Steinberg will script the follow-up, in which Dracula’s Americanized son, who has rejected his family’s heritage, decides to marry a human girl and has to contend with his bloodsucking relatives attending the wedding. —Michael Gingold
