Lorsque jai découvert le 3, j'ai été agréablement surpris. Mais en le revoyant, je l'ai trouvé moins fun. Peut être qu'en le revoyant de nouveau je changerais encore d'avis !

Entertainment Tonight visited the set of The Weinstein Co.'s Scary Movie 4, which again stars Anna Faris and will be released on April 14th. ET witnessed the shooting of the film's opening scene, which features a spoof on the "Saw" franchise with Dr. Phil and Shaq:

"It all takes place in this nasty, filthy bathroom [where] Shaq and I are chained up together," explains Dr. Phil, "and the way out is you've got to cut body parts off to get loose, so he and I are wondering which one of us will wind up doing it."

"I want people to know I don't take myself too seriously as it might seem when I am into a heavy issue," says Dr. Phil. "I always try to work with humor as much as I can because it diffuses a lot of [people's] defensiveness. I think it's good to make fun of yourself."

«Scary movie 4» est déjà en préparation. David Zucker («Scary movie 3») tourne en ce moment le nouvel opus de la série de parodies de films d'horreur.

Le film parodié sera cette fois-ci «Saw», dans lequel deux personnes se réveillent attachées l'une à l'autre. Mais cette fois-ci, le héros se retrouvera collé à... Shaquille O'Neal, le célèbre basketteur américain, qui a accepté de jouer dans le film.

The fourth installment of the "Scary Movie" franchise is currently filming, and if one recently shot scene is any indication, it's going to be the weirdest one yet. Dr. Phil and Shaquille O'Neal have teamed up to make the oddest of couples in a "Saw" spoof that has the two of them waking up, groggy, to find themselves trapped in the infamous bathroom from the grisly film series. Their escape becomes contingent on Shaq's ability to shoot a free throw which, as any basketball fan knows all too well, doesn't come easy for the big guy.

Electra, Nielsen & Rex Back for 4th Scary

Carmen Electra, Leslie Nielsen and Simon Rex will star in Scary Movie 4 for Dimension Films, says The Hollywood Reporter.

Electra, who died in the original installment of the "Scary Movie" franchise, is back to play a new character in a plotline that parodies The Village. Nielsen and Rex will reprise their roles from Scary Movie 3.

Anna Faris and Regina Hall already have boarded the project. The film opens with a scene featuring Shaquille O'Neal and Dr. Phil.

Anna Faris recently talked to MTV.com about Dimension and director David Zucker’s Scary Movie 4 and revealed that, like its predecessor, the fourth installment in the horror-spoof franchise will be rated PG-13 in the US. Faris says of the films tone, “It’ll be closer to 3, because the two originals were R-rated. They were a little raunchier, and the third one was PG-13, and I think we’ll do another one this time.”

When asked, Faris was tight lipped over which films would get the parody treatment, “I feel like they’d want my first child if I revealed any secrets.” But after some pressing, she reveals, “Well, we do a lot of The Village. There's some funny gags with the idea of being blind. It spoof[s] pretty much anything that made a lot of money.”

Craig Mazin en donnant un avis sur les tournages en HD sur johnaugust.com annonce que Scary Movie 4 bénéficiera de cette technologie :

Permanently deleting captured data is a terrible idea, IMO. Right now, we’re shooting Scary Movie 4 on HD. We “print” takes to keep our dailies running efficiently and to help guide the editors, but the thought of erasing takes really freaks me out.

Why?

Because inevitably, at some point in the editing room, David and I are going to look at a scene and say, “Shit. The character really should be smiling in response to the other character, and he’s not. We just didn’t get it. Let’s go run the tapes from the video tap and see if we ever got a snippet of a smile in the right angle before the slates or after cut…”

And 9 times out of 10, there it is. Then you go dig it up, print it (or in the case, upload it into the avid), and voila…your smile is there in the right location and the right angle.

There’s simply no excuse to delete capture motion images. The cost of everything in front of the cameras during the duration of the shot (actors, lights, sets, wardrobe, etc.) so vastly greater than the cost of storage…
