Le premier ayant été un succès streaming (et cinema selon certains pays), rebelote avec le casting d'origine, Sean Michael Conway, Elena Juliano, Sarah Nicklin, Nathan Todaro, et Jason Stephens dans le role de Popeye qui mange des épinards radioactifs qui le rendent taré. Et adjonction au casting de Daniel Baldwin et Avaryana Rose.
Le film est actuellement en tournage dans l'état de New York, et les producteurs promettant plus d'action et de gore (et sur les origines de Popeye).
