J'avais vu un teaser il y a un bon moment lorsque le film avait été présenté à Sundance je crois. Cette parodie de Shaft m'avait bien fait marrer. Quelqu'un a vu depuis qu'il est sorti ? Le casting m'a l'air bien sympa : Adam Goldberg, Mario Van Peebles, Peter Coyote et Melvin Van Peebles apparemment dans le rôle de Sweetback.

Le pitch a l'air bien dingue :

Mordechai Jefferson Carver, aka the Hebrew Hammer, is an Orthodox stud who goes on a mission to save Hanukkah. When Santa Claus's evil son Damian is pushed over the edge by his father's liberal policies, he does away with the Christian patriarch. Subsequently stepping into his father's role, Damian launches a campaign to eradicate the Jewish Holiday. The Hammer joins forces with Esther, the gorgeous and dangerous daughter of the leader of the Worldwide Jewish Media Conspiracy, and his brother-in-arms Mohammed, head of the Kwanzaa Liberation Front, to topple Santa's evil progeny and to save Hanukkah for future generations of Jews.

Franchement, j'ai passé un très bon moment. Après, faut aimer l'humour juif. Très juif. D'ailleurs je suis sûr de ne pas avoir tout capté tellement ça part dans la private joke juive. Mais Adam Goldberg a la grande classe (faut le voir dans le bar nazi ), et puis franchement, moi, depuis South Park, dès que j'entends la musique du Dreidel, je me poile.

Donc vas-y. (En plus je l'avais choppé sur ebay à 8$ frais de port inclus, donc aucun regret, en ce qui me concerne)
