Within the cinematic genre of horror, we have become accustomed to the splattering of blood and the evisceration of the human creature upon our ocular perceptions. Yet blood and guts have become cliché in the modern horror film. We have become immune and desensitized to the fright and disgust that the horror film is intended to evoke, by its very natures, within our psyche.
As our collective visual consciousness evolves as a society and greater universe, the grotesque aesthetics of the horror film must also grow. The insatiable deviance of the contemporary horror fan demands more from the arsenal of seemingly finite biological slaughter and fright. We are no longer shocked by the visual presence of torture and death. We have seen such things ad nauseam. Nausea is exactly where Lucifer Valentine, the regurgitating progenitor of "vomit gore", arrives into the open mouths of the horror genre.
Lucifer Valentine, the Satanic hierophant of Roman Showers and lubricating emetophilia, has invoked utter repulsion within the stomach of horror fans with his fringe classic "Slaughtered Vomit Dolls". His films are of course not simply expressions of visual disgust through blood, gore, and bile. They have a much deeper and primal resonance. One may say that the films of Lucifer Valentine are cinematic expressions of the unstable uncertain realities of Quantum mechanics.
Lucifer Valentine has returned unto existential celluloid planes to unleash the second in his series of murderous bile erotica with the film ReGoregitated Sacrifice. The film continues the tragic ethereal demise of Angela Aberdeen, played with seducing psychological unraveling by Ameara Lavey.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice, like its predecessor, is a hallucinogenic non-linear journey between the life and death of Angela. It is a cinematic example of what the tortured soul may experience within the post mortem Bardo of the Buddhist as well as its experiencing of quantum multidimensional realities.

Our journey within the world of ReGoregitated Sacrifice begins with instant surrealism. We are subjected to a visual interregnum of flashes between the severing lacerations of two scantly clad twins conjoined facially, various trees, and home movies of Angela as a child. Splice in scenes of the suicidal drowning of Angela (from Slaughtered Vomit Dolls) with bubbling blood from the now un-conjoined twins head wounds, Valentine's intentional chaos is immediately effective. The twin natures as conjoined facially signifies consciousness, and its being severed or separated implies something of great occult relevance. It symbolizes that through death the soul transgressions physical realms via the speaking of the Logos through the vehicle of the mouth/vulva complex, very dark and esoteric Kabalistic lore.
Enter into frame the two characters that make this film perfectly capture the often indeterminate veil between pleasure and pain and the eroticism of death. The world should bid welcome to The Black Angels of Hell. The Black Angels of Hell are two hauntingly beautiful identical twins representing demonic guardian energies. The twins, born at the synchronistic moment of Angela's death/rebirth and the suicide of Kurt Cobain, serve as two murderous psychopomp forces that usher Angela through her various dimensional journeys.
The significance of the twins with such metaphysical natures is greater than the average viewer may be aware. In Jungian terms, something not lost to Valentine, the guider of souls represents those lines between conscious and unconscious realms. It is the mental activity between life and death, the wrathful Tibetan Bardo deities upon a withering waking consciousness in Buddhism, and exactly what is occurring within Angela.
The Black Angels of Hell are not simply twins, but incestuous twins, not an uncommon phenomena in multiple births. The role of incestuous twins may have personal significance to Valentine who maintained an open and passionate relationship with sibling Cinderella.
Important in regard to the twins within their initial scene, is their erotic interaction with a pregnant Angela. One aspect of the psychopomp is its role as "midwife to the dying". The midwife for example serves the role as a caregiver unto potential life forces and incarnation. The midwife to the dying serves purposes of caring for the individual in the process of dying from life. The natures of the Black Angels of Hell embody an interesting mixture of all of these qualities. Another aspect of the Black Angels of Hell, in their tendency to torture and murder, suggests that indulgence brings suffering and punishment. It also suggests that flesh and consciousness has limitations and with all of its pleasure their exists pain and with both, it is impermanent. In Valentine's own words, the significance of the pregnant Angela is one of "archetype of the lost, neglected, abused, exploited, runaway girl."
The next scene involving the twins is yet another ménage a trois with a drunken stripper played by Belle, one that leads to her almost masturbatory self inflicted vomiting. Scenes then flash between regurgitation, oral lesbian erotica, and images of death symbolizing Valentine's philosophy of the blurred lines between the conscious and unconscious. More to the point visually is that it is collective symbolism of the relationship between emetophilia, sexuality, and death.
One of the more disturbing scenes involves the obvious kidnapping and subsequent torturing of a women, J.J, within a S&M dungeon. Within the "Whore Midnight" segment, she is forced to disrobe and proclaim herself as a "perfect child of Satan" and offer her body as sacrifice. Her tearful confession speaks of performing "self-harm" and to model her body after "celebrities and super models" and forms one of the powers of Satan with the purging of the bulimic. It is an apt social commentary on the demonic connection between fleshly superficialities and the individuals fall from spiritual ascension. Her off screen tormentor then forces her to purge in one of Valentine's brilliant artistic formulas of generating moving visual art through vomiting on the camera lens.
Out next part of the journey returns us to the Black Angels of Hell. Filmed on a bright white background, the twins strip each other down and slice each other with a large knife. The slicing, massaging of blood upon their pale flesh, and beating of one another forms a beautiful contrast against the bright white background. There is a visual commentary within the color contrast that is one dealing with the lost of innocence and virginity, especially through violence and dark natures unleashed.
We are next introduced to Miss Lake Washington 1994, played by Amy Lee. She is tortured by the twins who again depict the erotic veil between sex and death as well as a demonic aspect to the ushering of the soul and consciousness between dimensions. With masturbatory sensuality, they massage the body with the blood and guts and strangle and gag her with her own entrails until she vomits. The strangling of consciousness by her own entrails may represent the secret keys to self illumination through submission unto our own dark Jungian shadow natures. It is also a statement about the imbibing and digestion of death and destruction as a means of ascending into transcendental states.
Next enters Hank Skinny, also seen within Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. Hank's character licks and feasts upon her entrails. He also throws up from insertion of both her entrails and foot. The foot and mouth also have various Kabalistic significance regarding means of leaping through dimensional gateways to return to primeval states.
We flash to Isabelle, in a shower (cleansing symbolism) urinating into a cup, drinking it, followed by her bringing it back up. Urination is another recurring theme in the world of Lucifer Valentine. The symbolism of urination is yet another method of purging of toxic elements, a cleansing in human incarnation. Urination has for centuries been considered a protective amulet against ghostly manifestations, something here serving as a means talismanic dimensional assistance. The imbibing of urine has similar, but inverted significance, as the drinking of blood and other attempts to invoke and possess the strength and nature of another. It is, beneath a specific focus, the imbibing of the darker and more demonic natures of the self or the conquered external element.
Isabelle is then involved in a lesbian scene complete with a very thick and chunky regurgitation with an actress named "Honey". The twins return dressed only in red lingerie, a color again synonymous with the Satanic aspects of sex and death, to beat, torture her with an alarm clock (she gets "clocked"), and of course, make her vomit.
Next is a videotaped commentary of independent porn star Blisters, played again by Isabelle Styles. She discusses her involvement and perceptions on her place in the industry. Isabelle's character actually holds monumental importance within the film.
She represents the multiple dimensionality of consciousness, and specifically of Angela's consciousness existing simultaneously within parallel dimensions.
Blisters too is then tortured by the Black Angels of Hell. Her forced gagging by the twins is visually interesting. She is placed against a mirror in a way creating the illusion that she too has been twinned. The mirror in one common interpretation represents the link between conscious and unconscious planes of existence. Visually, the mirror scene is set up in a positional manner representing a split, or where the connecting reflective point is a physical line between the two mirrors. This is significant as a crack, or dimensional gateway as the dividing line or break between states of being and consciousness.
Our next journey brings us to the Twins and Hank Skinny torturing and gagging her as she is strapped to a chair. This scene has perhaps one of the most disturbing scenes to not involve blood or bile. A tarantula is inserted into her vagina and sewed inside of her. We again are offered visual expressions of darker metaphysical natures of the weaving of universal energies between the spider and female genitalia. It's being sewn within the genitalia represents the internal experiences and enlightenments through sex/death/ and feminine forces.
Hank then severs her head and vomits into her blood spewing gaping stump. This is followed by his gouging her eyes out in a scene that may be an homage to the eye scene from Slaughtered Vomit Dolls. She is then scalped all to a back ground dialogue of a tale written by Cinderella and narrated by Ameara as well as a fractal spice of Angela's child home movies.
Non-linear visual chaos returns in the next segment. We flash from the twins in full midwifery mode with the pregnant Ameara giving birth, Blisters reciting a form of posthumous commentary, and the very sexy twins placing octopus skin upon the severed head. Within this scene, Angela in fact is giving birth to herself, something representing the infinite natures in the universe and the human consciousness within it. The Twins presence reinforces the necessary place of various dimensional dark forces.
The appearance of the octopus, although superficially would seem random in terms of subject content, like most aspects of the film, holds a deeper symbolism. The octopus represents foremost, intelligence. Its correspondence to the number eight forms an intimate relationship with arachnoids and weaving of dimensional existences. These are on many levels feminine mysteries. To further this connection is the octopus connection to the Moon and Priestess cards in the Tarot. These esoteric natures alongside the those of the severed head are loaded magickal symbolic powers in left handed path occultisms.
Within ReGoregitated Sacrifice, the octopus and the Twin Black Angels of Hell, and thus the severed head of Isabelle Styles forms a deep rooted esoteric statement. It is a collective alchemy speaking of a silent Logos about life, death, and the transition of consciousness between parallel universes as ruled by primal maternal generative forces.
Hank too returns to vomit upon the head, wear the octopus as some form of Batrachian wig, and the carve off the cranium of Isabelle. The wearing of the octopus on the head speaks volumes about the connections between consciousness and the head/mouth symbolisms of demonic illuminations.
In a another scene reminiscent of the beer glass scene of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, Hank regurgitates into the head, drinks it like a chalice, then vomits into it again. This drinking and re-drinking of bile, through the physical medium of the severed head, has great Kabalistic significance in regard to its "Nightside" aspects.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice begins to wind down with a commentary by a very beautifully made up Ameara Lavey telling of her foreordained dreaming of Kurt Cobain's death and external shots of a graffiti filled fence around Cobain's house. She is then strangled by the off screen predator, strips down to red lingerie whose contrast against the bright white background is a perfect color representation of the contrast between innocence and wickedness.
Ameara performs repeated fellatio upon the predator who then ejaculates large amounts of blood all over her naked flesh. This commonly may be seen as her devouring of the phallus, imbibing of the manifesting vehicle/seed of the unseen, and thus invisible and unknowable natures of existential objectivity. More to the point, the expulsion of blood from the phallus upon Ameara is her being showered beneath the more violent aspects her consciousness and flesh will experience through cyclic life/rebirth.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice ends with haunting flashes between Ameara aroused by the arterial splatter and Cinderella reenacting Angela's drowning within the bathtub. It is an appropriate visual statement on the fractal natures of detaching consciousness within death and rebirth. The ending credits roll over Hank Skinny vomiting all over the camera lens creating more dynamic surreal bile art. Birth, life, death, rebirth are each an interrelated fluidic experience.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice surpasses Slaughtered Vomit Dolls in terms of the degree of bile and blood, as well as erotic visual. The Presence of the Black Angels of Hell introduce, among its many esoteric cinematic connotations, the role of rape and torture of the feminine by the feminine. The prevalence of lesbianism with sex and death represents the all too ignored aspect of the creative-destroying complex of the feminine archetype. Like critics of so many films where questions of woman hating is always pointed, the role of the Black Angels of Hell will perhaps quell such allegations.
The cinematography and camera work, performed by Lucifer with secondary work by The Black Kid, is excellent artistically. The various technicalities and style reflect perfectly the hallucinatory and often demonic experiences the death of consciousness from incarnation may experience. The special effects were created by Arcanum Design Works, who also worked on Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, and Chris the Heathen Valagao. The blood and carnage within ReGoregitated Sacrifice ranks with any professional film and has a realism to parts of it that makes one question whether Valentine in reality made a snuff film.
It is a film that, like its predecessor, will more than likely be misunderstood by the common denominator of horror and film fans. It is more than a mixture of sex and death showered with vomit. It is more than simple shock value cinema. It should be considered as a film testing limitations and forming an evolving symbiotic relationship between the experimental and horror genre. Besides watching with an open mouth, from becoming nauseas yourself, it should be watched with an open mind.
Written, directed, photographed, edited, and scored by Valentine himself, ReGoregitated Sacrifice illustrates that Lucifer is certainly a talented and controversial character within the horror genre. His ability to transform tabooed subjects into shocking and frightening art indicates that he will be remembered, and not forgotten as many independent controversial filmmakers are.

It is a collective alchemy speaking of a silent Logos about life, death, and the transition of consciousness between parallel universes as ruled by primal maternal generative forces.
Hank too returns to vomit upon the head, wear the octopus as some form of Batrachian wig, and the carve off the cranium of Isabelle. The wearing of the octopus on the head speaks volumes about the connections between consciousness and the head/mouth symbolisms of demonic illuminations.
In a another scene reminiscent of the beer glass scene of Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, Hank regurgitates into the head, drinks it like a chalice, then vomits into it again. This drinking and re-drinking of bile, through the physical medium of the severed head, has great Kabalistic significance in regard to its "Nightside" aspects.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice begins to wind down with a commentary by a very beautifully made up Ameara Lavey telling of her foreordained dreaming of Kurt Cobain's death and external shots of a graffiti filled fence around Cobain's house. She is then strangled by the off screen predator, strips down to red lingerie whose contrast against the bright white background is a perfect color representation of the contrast between innocence and wickedness.
Ameara performs repeated fellatio upon the predator who then ejaculates large amounts of blood all over her naked flesh. This commonly may be seen as her devouring of the phallus, imbibing of the manifesting vehicle/seed of the unseen, and thus invisible and unknowable natures of existential objectivity. More to the point, the expulsion of blood from the phallus upon Ameara is her being showered beneath the more violent aspects her consciousness and flesh will experience through cyclic life/rebirth.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice ends with haunting flashes between Ameara aroused by the arterial splatter and Cinderella reenacting Angela's drowning within the bathtub. It is an appropriate visual statement on the fractal natures of detaching consciousness within death and rebirth. The ending credits roll over Hank Skinny vomiting all over the camera lens creating more dynamic surreal bile art. Birth, life, death, rebirth are each an interrelated fluidic experience.
ReGoregitated Sacrifice surpasses Slaughtered Vomit Dolls in terms of the degree of bile and blood, as well as erotic visual. The Presence of the Black Angels of Hell introduce, among its many esoteric cinematic connotations, the role of rape and torture of the feminine by the feminine. The prevalence of lesbianism with sex and death represents the all too ignored aspect of the creative-destroying complex of the feminine archetype. Like critics of so many films where questions of woman hating is always pointed, the role of the Black Angels of Hell will perhaps quell such allegations.
The cinematography and camera work, performed by Lucifer with secondary work by The Black Kid, is excellent artistically. The various technicalities and style reflect perfectly the hallucinatory and often demonic experiences the death of consciousness from incarnation may experience. The special effects were created by Arcanum Design Works, who also worked on Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, and Chris the Heathen Valagao. The blood and carnage within ReGoregitated Sacrifice ranks with any professional film and has a realism to parts of it that makes one question whether Valentine in reality made a snuff film.
It is a film that, like its predecessor, will more than likely be misunderstood by the common denominator of horror and film fans. It is more than a mixture of sex and death showered with vomit. It is more than simple shock value cinema. It should be considered as a film testing limitations and forming an evolving symbiotic relationship between the experimental and horror genre. Besides watching with an open mouth, from becoming nauseas yourself, it should be watched with an open mind.
Written, directed, photographed, edited, and scored by Valentine himself, ReGoregitated Sacrifice illustrates that Lucifer is certainly a talented and controversial character within the horror genre. His ability to transform tabooed subjects into shocking and frightening art indicates that he will be remembered, and not forgotten as many independent controversial filmmakers are.

hey y'all !! i thought ya may find this interesting: here's two new reviews of ReGOREgitated Sacrifice, the first from EVOL666, and the second from Josh Haney --- what i think is cool is the "kind" of reviews that they are, that they show a part of the spectrum of viewers that clearly either want to enjoy the deeper meanings and psychological concepts of RS, or that don't enjoy them or consider those concepts to be particularly important to the viewing experience, INTERESTING !!

I was amongst the first to pre-order his original film, Slaughtered Vomit Dolls, after seeing a particularly interesting and "tasty" trailer online. Anyone who has read my review of SVD on IMDb (available here: www. imdb. com/title/tt0811073/usercomments-1) will recall my obvious disdain for the original film. Personally - I just didn't get it. But my initial review led to contact by HorrorMovieFans. com, which led to an extremely in-depth, interesting, and often amusing interview (available here: www. horrormoviefans. com/the_lucifer_valentine_interview. htm) conducted by myself with Mr. Valentine. During the interview, I developed a bit of an affinity for the...uh..."quirky" director - and offered to both review ReGOREgitated Sacrifice upon it's release, and to also conduct a follow-up interview after watching the film. I've been in contact with Valentine on several occasions over the past (almost) two years following our initial interview - and today (or 6/25/2008 depending on when this review hits...) I received and viewed my screener of ReGORE. Part one of that deal is what follows - the interview is in the works.
So - having not been impressed or otherwise entertained by Slaughtered Vomit Dolls - would ReGOREgitated Sacrifice prove to be a more entertaining or interesting entry - or would it leave me as high and dry-heaved as the previous film?
Note: Some "spoilers" may follow - especially for those who have not seen the first film.
ReGOREgitated Sacrifice (from what I can gather...), continues the descent of Angela Aberdeen - bulimic stripper-turned-prostitute (played by once girlfriend of Valentine, Ameara LeVey), and starts moments after her suicide-by-drowning that ends the first film.
What transpires over the next hour-plus of ReGORE, is a montage of rape, graphic murder, and fetish-porn elements - and of course, what would a self-respecting "Vomit-Gore" film be without tons of puke??? The scenarios that take place during this film, and Slaughtered Vomit Dolls as well, are connected to and take place during the same time as the suicide of Nirvana front-man, Kurt Cobain, and (as Valentine puts it):
"the Kurt Cobain connection deals with the idea that the lines of realities can be intertwined and blurred nearly beyond recognition and the content of occurrences from parallel/tangential dimensions/planes of realities can become mutated and COMBINED to form New Hybrid Realities.
"
Got that? me neither - but that's OK...
Anyway, as Aberdeen moves from life to the after-life, she is visited by the "Black Angels of Hell" - a pretty sexy duo of incestuous, twin-sister demons who serve as "protectors" to Aberdeen, and destroy the fragmented personalities that manifest themselves in Aberdeen's horrifying visions...or something like that. Even after watching the Special Features that try to explain the basic concepts of both films - I'm still pretty lost. But that's not what's important. What IS important to a relatively "simple" fan of sleaze/gore/porn films such as myself, is what's displayed on-screen. To avoid a shot-by-shot recounting of the film - let's just say that once the ball gets rolling, the audience is treated to all manner of graphic torture and near-pornographic sexual fetishism (focusing mainly on golden-showers, incest, lesbianism, and emetophilia) that fans of subversive viewing material will likely get a kick out of. I also have to say that ReGORE has about the most "interesting" ending since Jorg Buttgereit's 1987 underground favorite, Nekromantik.
It may sound as though I'm lampooning ReGORE - but honestly, I'm not. I have to admit that I actually quite "enjoyed" (if that's the right word for it...) this particular entry. In speaking with Valentine, and as is obvious from the section of the Special Features of ReGORE that tries to explain the director's "visions" of his films - the director has decided to take some very heady and intellectual concepts, and put them into a film that is visually a cross between an H.G. Lewis splatter-film, fetish porn, old-school '70s "roughie", and still a solid dose of "experimental"/art-house type elements. Being that I'm a fan of most of the aforementioned genres - I was entertained by this second entry, even if the more "brainy" elements escaped me.
Though the film isn't really any more "linear" in terms of plot than SVD was - I found ReGORE far more watchable for several reasons. Valentine still uses a bit of the music-video-style quick-cut editing techniques (that I personally found more nauseating than the film itself...) that he employed in SVD - it's not nearly as prevalent in ReGORE. The gore scenes are more protracted and "steady" for the most part, which is a major plus in my book. The scenes involving nudity are also far more explicit, and not to be a dick, but most of the women in the film are hotter than in SVD - another big plus for me.
Regardless of the fact that I may not (and probably never will) have caught onto the intellectual themes of ReGOREgitated Sacrifice or it's predecessor (which is not the director's fault, and is far more my issue for not understanding the finer points of Jungian quantum realities...or whatever...), I still found the sequel to be an interesting watch on a visceral, visual level. Though I've seen all of the basic visual elements of Valentine's second offering in other films - be them under the guise of horror, pornography, or art-film - ReGORE is a unique and original take on one broken individual's descent into hell.
I personally will be interested to see what the last in the "Vomit-Gore" trilogy holds, and also Valentine's other projects which (when I last spoke to Valentine...) included a short film about date-rape, and a full-length documentary about a group of black metal friends that all kill themselves. At least it's good to see that Valentine branching out into "lighter" fare...
8/10 for ReGOREgitated Sacrfice: Heavy gore and tons of explicit nudity/fetishism (often taking place all within the same scenes - face it, what's better than boobs, butts, and twats other than bloody boobs, butts, and twats???) make this one an overall winner for me..

Allow me to be philosophical for a moment…what happens when we die? I mean I know some folks believe in Heaven and Hell, some believe in a white light, some that we simply rot in the ground. But I'm talking about those tense seconds creeping into minutes when we finally break the hymen of existence and fall headlong into the ether of the universe. In that time what happens? Do we see what we want to see, or is there some physiological imperative that forces us to witness what we need to see in order to make the transition between alive and dead. If these thoughts are a little to deep for you, just walk away…now, I won't hold it against you. Just crumple up this review and run away, back to your rabbit-like little world. This film is not for the squeamish, be they light of stomach or of brain matter.
I'm lucky to have befriended film maestro Lucifer Valentine a few years back. Though we've never physically met, I know that we share a certain rapport, a dream-state, if you will, that somehow produces images and thoughts of a peculiarly similar nature. With his creation of "vomit gore", I knew I had found a kindred spirit. Granted, we share similar religious beliefs as well, but that's a book unto itself! I'm here to talk about his newest addition to the trilogy that started with 2006's Slaughtered Vomit Dolls.
I wrote in a review for that film…"This film is like a syringe full of speed mainlined right into your body, an unrelenting nightmare of visual depravity that takes a serious viewer to understand or even appreciate what is being presented to you." In a world where so many filmmakers of promise pussy out on their sophomore attempt, I'm quite pleased to say that ReGOREgitated Sacrifice is of exactly the same caliber as it predecessor. If SVD was speed though, RS is drain cleaner! Upon viewing this film, the images presented within gnaw at your brain, causing you to enter a trance state, completely immersed in what you are witnessing on screen. Repeated viewings further increase this chemical imbalance, causing you to flashback on the imagery. Remember, once watched it cannot be unwatched!
RS continues with the story of Angela Aberdeen, a 19 year-old bulimic prostitute who drowned herself after making a pact with Satan to avenge the molestation and abuse she suffered throughout her short, painful life. Now, protected by two incestuous female demons (The Black Angels Of Hell), she wallows in the throes of death, witnessing carnal scenes of utter degeneracy and immorality. All the while, we learn that her life, and for that matter her death, are inexplicably tied to that of Kurt Cobain, lead singer of Nirvana and poet to a generation of disenfranchised youth.
Don't expect a straightforward linear movie. This is conceptual art of the highest order simply masquerading as a horror film. The darkness unleashed in this manifesto is a wake-up call to minds that have been lulled into a false state of security by supposed 'hardcore' films (ala Guinea Pig). If you think you've seen it all before, this piece of cinematic Satanic ritual will be like a .45 caliber slug tearing through your sleeping body.
Some of you out there in review land may think I'm being overly esoteric concerning this work. My answer to that is watch the film, late at night, say around the witching hour, all the lights turned off, and the volume cranked up. Anyone unaccustomed to ritual magic will feel drained after this little experiment. I feel I must again warn you that it is truly extreme cinema; gore, vomit (real, not staged), explicit nudity, and some acts that may (if you're a little on the uptight side) disgust and leave you feeling unclean. But for those few whose planes of reality have been expanded, through whatever means, this will be a beacon, drawing you into the fold with others who understand.
I'm pleased to have been offered the chance to once again worship at the alter of vomit gore. I'm just thankful that Lucifer, a man I like to call friend, is out there, sharing his visions with those of us who comprehend. As I wrote many years ago, while spending some time in a Thorazine haze locked within a padded cell, sometimes darkness is the only answer to the light.

From Kingdom of Hell Productions and Director Lucifer Valentine comes by far one of the most vile, disgusting and fantastic films since his first part to the Vomit Gore Trilogy. Hellish and Satanic Nightmares and hallucinations for Angela Aberdeen (Angel of Aberdeen) had only just begun. Chock full of chunks and full–on filth, I present to you an overspew, I mean overview of this splatsterpiece of ungodly proportions.
ReGOREgitated Sacrifice
All bets are off!!! Just when I had thought I had seen nasty and disturbing, yet artsy and meaningful, Mr. Valentine has proved me very wrong, in more ways than one.
Between life and death, via suicide, lies a place in which hell cannot compare a sort of putrid purgatory for those that have lived life under the eyes of Satan. Angela (Ameara LaVey) had lived a life of pain, suffering with bulimia and envisioning life in her mind as a place of hate and violence. These things for her have proven true, but it is only after her death that the visions become more of a reality than during her wretched and extremely sad life.
Taking place in what seemed to be the time between her suicide and the total brain death, her mind took her to her destination. In what is probably a few seconds, her mind envisions a lifetime of hurt and the most intense violence and bile drenched apparitions. Unknown to most; the hurt and pain she had gone through and the date of her intoxication and passing out at the Excelcionne hotel coincide with instances and the same date and of an O.D. Kurt Cobain had at the Exelcior Hotel in Rome. I found this to be a brilliant trip into both lives. In the words of Kurt Cobain “I hate myself and I want to die”, this applies with Angela and her experiences as well as her feelings of self loathing.
The Angel of Aberdeen (Angela Aberdeen) also holds meaning to the life and death of Cobain, being that he lived in Aberdeen, yet died on lake Washington Blvd. There are many Cobain references throughout the film but I will not give them all away in this review, you can find out more by watching the film and the special features, they are explained in the utmost detail.
Back to Angela’s PURGEatory, we find our selves in a place of bright white light, surrounding us are victims whom are apparently the multiple personalities of Angela, enduring some of the most violent, sadistic and beautifully barf worthy scenes of love, hate, torture and murder. This showing us that every part of her is dyeing, all that was human is piece by piece being destroyed. Following from her former life, and her unconscious realities, is the barf man himself Henry (Hank Skinny) and his new minions the Black Angels of Hell, twins who share the same interests as Henry, Blood and the art of Emetophelia.
The Angels seemed to have been designed for one thing and that is to cause hatred and strangely enough, beauty in the atrocities which lie ahead. In one scene for instance we find them loving each other and then brutalizing each other with a feeling of lust and pleasure, took me to a horrible place in my mind. To know that two sisters can have so much love and hate for each other as well as themselves and not to mention others. Don’t get me wrong there is a whole lot of love and hate between siblings but not to this extreme.
The question that lies in my head are they her so called guardians into death or are they there to strike fear into what’s left of her mind, a taste of what’s to come. It’s horrifying, this place in the mind where no person should enter, that is unless your soul is sold to Satan and you are looking to be by his side at his Alter of anguish.
Through the various scenes of torture, vomit, and gore, I found myself witnessing much more fetish oriented sequences than the last film, such as Prego porn (not full out porn just insinuations) and a bit of Water sports (Piss, for those who aren’t down with the lingo) thrown in, is this for shock value or for alternative sexual lifestyle desire? Or could there be much more behind these nasties? Only one person can truly answer this question.
Well I gotta tell you people that this was not as easy a film to cover as Slaughtered Vomit Dolls was. It is extremely in depth and has more meaning hidden behind each element of the film than you could possibly imagine. Hopefully my upcoming interview with Lucifer can shed some light on the background elements behind most of the madness. So be on the lookout for the interview if you have interest in this kind of cinema.

When it comes to the writing and direction of this film I give a 10. As I had mentioned earlier the hidden meaning behind each element of the film is something that cannot be over looked, that is if you can catch on to it and not just focus on the grotesque surroundings… Focus on what the scenes of vomit and torture are trying to say. Using the obvious love for Nirvana and its long lost beloved Kurt Cobain, to create a background story for the film was in its own horrific way an outstanding tribute to the king of Grunge. With this being said to create a film that is so openly sadistic and disgusting, having such feeling beyond the vomit is a major credit and I give credit where credit is due.
The cinematography was outstanding I give a 9. With scenes shot in bright backgrounds it truly shows us the talent and hard work put into the FX, which I will talk about shortly. During some ground shot scenes with a cover over the lens of the camera in order to keep the bile off the goods, I found some sliding movements to get closer to the atrocities. This gave a creepier feel to the scenes this was used for. Much of the film was very bright and beautifully shot with extreme crisp quality. Still carrying the artsy feel that Slaughtered Vomit Dolls had is by far a giant plus for this sicko (ME). To be plain and simple, this film had outstanding camera work!
As for the acting I would have to give a 7. Though Ameara and Hank delivered on what they were there for, I did find some of the girls to be a bit week in the acting area… However!!! When it comes to the scenes that they had to do when it came to violence, pseudo pornographic and the realizations of the suffering they felt I definitely tip my hat, especially after I puked in it! The Black Angels of Hell were Fantastic, their presence brought more fear and extremity to every scene they had been involved in, especially being TWINS! So therefore, regardless of the actual speaking roles of some girls I have no complaints when it comes to their realism in moments of pain and suffering.
The FX definitely gets a 10. Like I said being a very bright film, for the most part, I would see this as being a huge obstacle to overcome. Every gore scene shot was fantastic; you could see every bubbly chunk and every bit of nastiness with just about no flaws… Unbelievable! With most films like this you will find extreme gore scenes shot in dark environments to hide what the camera would pick up, but Lucifer managed to pull it off with no help from dim light at gritty film quality. There are a few scenes in particular that stood out for me, vaginal sewing and the separation of Siamese twins at the head via hacking. Watch and see, you will know what I’m trying to convey.
As for the film as a whole, ReGOREgitated SacriFice Gets a 9. I am definitely still partial to SVD, but I do know brilliance when I see it, and this film is CHUNK-full of that. I can’t say enough how the background stories of Cobain and Aberdeen’s lives coinciding the way they do was, what I would think to be extremely difficult to mesh, however Lucifer Valentine did it with perfection. I am Definitely hoping that the third part to the Vomit Gore Trilogy will tie all together and give me the satisfaction I have received so far from his films.
And a quick thing here, I was going to review the features of the 2 disc masterpiece, but they need to be seen everything you may want to know about this particular film is explained in detail. From Kingdom of Hell Productions and Director Lucifer Valentine comes by far one of the most vile, disgusting and fantastic films since his first part to the Vomit Gore Trilogy. Hellish and Satanic Nightmares and hallucinations for Angela Aberdeen (Angel of Aberdeen) had only just begun. Chock full of chunks and full–on filth, I present to you an overspew, I mean overview of this splatsterpiece of ungodly proportions.
ReGOREgitated Sacrifice
All bets are off!!! Just when I had thought I had seen nasty and disturbing, yet artsy and meaningful, Mr. Valentine has proved me very wrong, in more ways than one.
Between life and death, via suicide, lies a place in which hell cannot compare a sort of putrid purgatory for those that have lived life under the eyes of Satan. Angela (Ameara LaVey) had lived a life of pain, suffering with bulimia and envisioning life in her mind as a place of hate and violence. These things for her have proven true, but it is only after her death that the visions become more of a reality than during her wretched and extremely sad life.
Taking place in what seemed to be the time between her suicide and the total brain death, her mind took her to her destination. In what is probably a few seconds, her mind envisions a lifetime of hurt and the most intense violence and bile drenched apparitions. Unknown to most; the hurt and pain she had gone through and the date of her intoxication and passing out at the Excelcionne hotel coincide with instances and the same date and of an O.D. Kurt Cobain had at the Exelcior Hotel in Rome. I found this to be a brilliant trip into both lives. here's an excerpt about me and Satanism in ReGOREgitated Sacrifice from a very in-depth interview by Soiled Sinema:
SS: Both of your films reflect your own beliefs in Satanism, correct? And could you describe your beliefs? Did you make one of these sacred pacts that these women make?
LV: There’s a quote on my myspace that I wrote that sums up my belief in Satanism, which is the following:
"To me Satan means whatever people can't fathom or understand; the Unknown, whatever breaks the commonplace and predictable mental patterns of conventional thought and experience; Satan represents the opposite of people's fears, weakness, and crushing self-doubt about their world and the entire Universe."
My parents are Satanists and I was raised with their beliefs instilled in me throughout my formative years; and, I think in my movies it is sometimes apparent that the movie was made by a Satanist, but that’s just my personal characteristics naturally coming out through the artistic process and its not necessarily important to me that my movies seem Satanic.
Ironically, in Slaughtered Vomit Dolls (SVD) and ReGOREgitated Sacrifice (RS), the two “Satanic Pact” scenes are prime examples of me, an actual Satanist, interpreting what non-satanists think Satanism is ! So for example, in SVD, when Angela/Ameara makes her Pact with the Devil, that is my interpretation showing the mythological notion, based on what I saw in the ”Satanic Panic” episodes of the Geraldo Rivera talk show from the 1980’s, of a teenager making a pact with Satan and giving her life and soul to him. Its ironic to me because that scene with Angela is a pure fear image conjured and realized by non-satanist parents, Christians mostly, to give themselves the comfort of hatred and ignorance toward something they do not understand, thereby actually creating a self-fulfilling prophesy of teenage rebellion by making dark realms like Satanism a taboo to be sought out by their children.
In ReGOREgitated Sacrifice, the “Whore” character is forced by a serial killer to recite a Satanic Pact to do with his obsession of destroying beauty. Again this is not necessarily my idea of real Satanism as I know it, but it is my interpretation of how some serial killers take on a very distorted view of Satanism as a justification premise to allow themselves mental leeway, if you will, to commit various acts of violence and murder.
